A private sleep screening at your local pharmacy. It takes two minutes, and it could change everything.
We know that a lot of people put off getting help with their sleep. Sometimes it's because it feels too small to bother a doctor about. Sometimes it's because you're worried about what you might be told, or what might go on your record.
SleepNav is designed to remove those barriers. When you visit a participating pharmacy, you answer a short set of questions on a tablet device. It takes about two minutes. No names. No date of birth. No personal details at all.
The pharmacist will talk you through what the screening found, explain your options, and help you decide what to do next. Nothing is recorded other than the conversation between the two of you. There's no report sent anywhere, and no record for anyone else to see.
What happens next is entirely your decision.
SleepNav doesn't ask for your name, your email, your date of birth, or anything that identifies you.
No account to create. No login. No registration. The app creates a short reference code from your answers – that's the only output.
Nothing is sent to a server. Nothing is stored in a database. No cookies are set. If you close the screen and walk away, there is no trace.
No part of the system – from screening through to consultation – requires your name or any personal identifier. It is not collected, not transmitted, and not stored.
We designed it this way because many people avoid seeking help for sleep problems – whether through embarrassment, anxiety, or simply not wanting their concerns on record. You shouldn't have to hand over your identity to find out if you need help.
On a tablet device at the pharmacy counter. The questions are simple, no medical jargon. It takes about two minutes.
The screen will show a short code. That's all you need to give the pharmacist. No paperwork, no forms.
The pharmacist will sit down with you privately, explain what the screening suggests, and talk through what might help. Partners are welcome too.
There's no pressure. The pharmacist might suggest a sleep test, a GP referral, or some straightforward changes you can try tonight. It's your choice.
